After watching elite athletes embrace On's performance running shoes, we invested in 2017 to help more consumers experience what "running on clouds" feels like. In partnership with an incredible founding team, we saw the opportunity to help build an enduring athletic brand given On's innovative technology that delivered an elevated experience with clear consumer love for the product.
As On looked to expand globally, we helped expand its presence in the U.S. across retail and eCommerce and made strategic introductions to enter the Asian market. Additionally, our Talent Team supported team expansion over the years by introducing On to prospective talent for several roles. We also helped the team open their US office.
In 2021, we helped the founding team to prepare for a successful IPO. Today, On is a leader in the performance footwear and apparel market with a brand that is beloved by consumers globally.

We partnered with Snyk in 2019 after observing the shared love of the product by developers and security teams.
Stripes' Operating Partner Paul Melchiorre, former CRO at Anaplan, advised Snyk's leadership team on building an enterprise go-to-market strategy as this became a top priority for the company. We also introduced the company to prospective customers and supported executive recruitment by helping Snyk find the right talent.
In an effort to support the business in its next phase of growth, we introduced Snyk to potential Series D investors and helped identify and evaluate M&A targets.
Snyk has become the leading developer-first cybersecurity software platform that is trusted by millions of developers who want to develop fast and stay secure.

After spending years as loyal customers of Levain Bakery, we partnered with the team in 2018 to expand the bakery, known for its decadent cookies, beyond New York and reach more customers nationwide. By focusing on omnichannel growth, we have helped Levain enter into new U.S. markets and significantly expand its eCommerce offering.
Stripes' Operating Partner Sharon Rothstein, former CMO of Starbucks, is actively involved as a Board member and has helped advise on product innovation, key brand and marketing initiatives, and retail expansion. Throughout our investment period, we have worked closely with Levain’s founders to recruit and build an executive leadership team to support the brand’s growth across the country.
Levain is now a national brand and remains a must-visit destination in key cities across the U.S., with more bakeries on the way.

We partnered with Monday in 2018 after seeing early signs of companies around the world falling in love with the product, including our team at Stripes. Monday demonstrated its ability to transform work into a more collaborative, efficient, and fun experience for all who used it, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, illustrating to us the immense opportunity to build a category-leading business.
Throughout our partnership, we helped expand the sales team to support Monday’s next phase of growth by introducing the leadership team to prospective talent. As Monday looked to expand in the U.S. market, we helped launch their first office in our hometown, New York City.
Stripes' Operating Partner Sharon Rothstein, former CMO of Starbucks, helped establish Monday’s brand marketing strategy. We also helped institute financial reporting best practices and prepare the company for its IPO in 2021.
