Lucy Stenovec

Lucy is focused on recruiting executive talent and supporting network initiatives across our portfolio by strategically building, maintaining, and leveraging a robust enterprise executive network. Prior to joining Stripes, she was a member of Spencer Stuart's Private Equity team where she advised private equity funds on portfolio talent strategy and due diligence across the entire investment lifecycle, from pre-deal to post-close. Lucy holds a B.A. in Psychological Science from Colgate University.
