Scott Aronson

Scott is an Operating Partner focusing on enterprise companies. He has over 30 years of experience in the enterprise technology industry and has built world-class, cohesive leadership teams across various disciplines. Prior to joining Stripes, Scott was the COO of Cloudera. During his tenure, he played a key role in Cloudera’s acquisition by KKR and CD&R for $5B. He subsequently held C-level leadership positions at Pivotal Software and Medallia. Earlier in his career, Scott worked at Nortel and Inktomi before being one of the early go-to-market leaders at VMWare during a significant growth period between 2003-2013. During his tenure at VMWare, he has held various roles, including leading Global Accounts revenues from $0 to $250M, and driving Channel/Alliance expansion to $2.5B.
